With the advent of the political crisis in Macedonia that started after the release of the audio records from the wiretapped communications that show serious acts of crime and corruption committed by some of the top-level officials, the issues and the needs of the LGBTI people in Macedonia were positioned at the bottom of the priorities of the political agenda.
In light of the upcoming early parliamentary elections scheduled for 11 December, Subversive Front completed a detailed analysis of the inclusion of LGBTI in the programmes of the political parties. At the same time, a questionnaire on the political participation of LGBTI was dispatched to 31 political parties in the country, which only 5 political parties responded to.
Subversive Front would like to invite you to the First National LGBTI-conference in Macedonia this Monday, 5 December, at Best Western Hotel Turist, 10:00-14:00, and thus to actively participate in strenghtening of the political dialogue on LGBTI in Macedonia.
